I OWN THE BRAGGING RIGHTS TO THIS SELF PORTRAIT MWAHAHA

From a young age, I was already very into art. I especially enjoyed drawing! Fast forward about 5 years afterwards, I discovered the internet lolol. 

Managed to convince my parents into getting Procreate for me on my phone. And for Christmas the following year, they got me an iPad and Apple Pencil! I hope to believe my ‘art skills’ have improved after that… Nevertheless, I truly enjoy drawing digitally! :P

In my opinion, it’s much easier and there’s less pressure for some reason? Whenever you make a mistake or don’t like the way something looks, undoing it is just a tap away! Plus, I get a wider range of pens, brushes and textures and colours I can utilise. This offers me way more creativity options and freedom to do anything at all from quick doodles to portraits and memes too! hehehe and the list goes on!

I started an art account (@stickeroclock) before on instagram but I quickly lost confidence after posting a few artworks. I also didn’t want anybody finding out who I actually was… especially school friends. I deleted my account in the end. I’m always insecure about my drawings (honestly, everything I produce in general) because I really really care about what other people think of me. I know, it’s stupid and unhealthy, I keep doing it anyway.

With THE BAILEY CO, I hope to share my digital art without the fear of negativity, comparison or judgement! Constructive criticism is important, I know, but I’m going to take this one step at a time! :)
