JOURNALING
Journaling is something super fun and therapeutic to me. I think of it as a form of release and it’s a platform for me to express myself and my emotions and thoughts. Sometimes, you know when you feel something so strongly but have absolutely no words to describe it? I think journaling helps me with that a lot. The colours and materials and stickers I pick for the particular spread sort of conveys the messiness and chaos I’m feeling most of the time. I think that’s kinda cool tbh! It’s cool how your brain synchronises and relates a certain colour or image to a feeling or emotion! lolol honestly, these are the kind of thoughts that keep me awake at night… a little sneak peak into my thought process hehe!
Last year, I managed to get my hands on AmandaRachLee’s (one of my favourite YouTubers ever that I absolutely adore) 2022 Doodle Planner! It’s basically a colouring book/ bullet journal/ planer hybrid and I’m obsessed! I managed to get the sage swirl one! It’s so so pretty irl! Throughout the 11 months of 2022 so far, I honestly think it’s helped me in soo many ways from helping me manage my time better to being a creative outlet and therapy too tbh!
As a student at this day and age, time is honestly something that isn’t rooting for me 24/7. With my jam packed schedule in the addition, I would barely have any time to make my own spreads and trackers in my own bujo (being a perfectionist also doesn’t help). That’s why I turned to Amanda’s Doodle Planner! With all the cute trackers and spreads already there for me, colouring it in always satisfies me and helps me reset week to week!
Ps- The mood tracker was from August this year and I discovered the hat in the same month! It’s from Cotton On and I absolutely love the colours and the mushroom design! Such a cool coincidence hahaha!! <33
My little journaling rant ends here today! Hope y’all enjoyed reading this and maybe (hopefully) made you smile? Will write soon!!
XOXO ANNABEL
